1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 3d33 platform at https://3d33.app (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 3d33 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company") with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

3d33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 3d33 Platform is strictly limited to natural persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 3d33 operates as an 18+ only platform without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 3d33 or had your account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, consultant, or contractor of 3d33 or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you a close family member of any such individual.

3d33 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification checks as part of the account registration process and at any subsequent point deemed appropriate by the Company. These checks may include, but are not limited to, verification of identity documents, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of the account and restriction of withdrawal access.

It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their participation in gaming activities on the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the Platform. 3d33 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a prohibited location.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on the 3d33 Platform — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and pending bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify 3d33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Lock or log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication or additional security verification steps that 3d33 may make available.

3d33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as having been carried out by you until 3d33 has been notified of a suspected breach and has had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.

3d33 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or any activity that in the Company's reasonable judgment poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of games and betting markets.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3d33 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time; the current list of supported channels is displayed in the account cashier section after login.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the cashier interface and are subject to change with reasonable prior notice to Players. Deposits are generally credited to the player account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction from the relevant mobile financial service provider.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same mobile banking number used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. 3d33 will not process withdrawals to any payment method that has not been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Most withdrawals are completed within 1 to 3 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

• Withdrawals above ৳20,000 may require completion of an enhanced KYC review before processing.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• 3d33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (identity, proof of payment method) prior to releasing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited in error by the Company will be recovered from the account balance; Players should contact support immediately if they believe an erroneous credit has occurred.

3d33 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Any deposits that cannot be verified as originating from legitimate sources may be frozen pending investigation. The Company reserves the right to report any suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

3d33 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and daily reward schemes to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the purpose of that promotion only.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on the 3d33 Platform unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement is stated in the offer terms for each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin awards expire if not used within the stated timeframe, which is published at the point of offer. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without replacement.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, jackpot titles, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in each offer's specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

3d33's daily bonus refresh system resets at midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) every calendar day. Eligibility for each daily offer is determined at the time of the refresh and is based on the Player's account standing and activity level during the preceding period. Players are solely responsible for claiming available daily offers within the stated claim window.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 3d33 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of any prohibited activity.
• Employing any form of software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated process to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by 3d33.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit Platform systems or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 3d33 staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a confirmed technical error will be void and subject to reversal.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account, including any payment processing service or sports advisory service.

3d33 reserves the right to take any and all appropriate measures in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, reversal of transactions, and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. 3d33 provides its services on the basis that each Player has independently confirmed their right to participate in online gaming under the laws of their location.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3d33 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, code, data compilations, game interfaces, promotional materials, and audio-visual content — is the proprietary intellectual property of 3d33 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Platform in any form or by any means.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the 3d33 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from the Company.

• Commercially exploit any content from the Platform in any way.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 3d33 and its licensors.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3d33 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other intangible losses — even if 3d33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 3d33 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss arising from a failure of a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) to process a transaction correctly or within the expected timeframe.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including technical failures, force majeure events, or regulatory action.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or to comply with these Terms.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information, odds, game results, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss arising from reliance on content provided by third-party game studios or data feeds integrated into the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 3d33 to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform and all services provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 3d33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
